Pork is mediocre. Beef is basically “shredded beef” with almost no smoke flavor and it’s very dry. Burgers and sides are obviously generic Sysco Foods or similar. The banana pudding is an abomination. It looks like Jell-O brand powdered junk, no actual banana, and a single wafer.
My 2nd time going there and this time I tried the BBQ sandwich with baked beans and onion rings and I was impressed. The sandwich was large, just how I like 'em, and the it was very good as well as the rest. Definitely gonna stop by the next time I'm in the area. Sorry I didn't take a picture but I was too busy stuffing my face
I'm an out of towner who was taken here by a local who is a lifelong friend. Got the full rack of ribs and was pleasantly surprised. They were terrific. I would highly recommend!
