We were in Home Depot speaking with an employee regarding equipment for a generator that was not working. Johnny overheard the conversation and said I can help. After a brief conversation, he suggested I pull my truck to the front of Home Depot and he would look at the generator. At the time we purchased a new generator. Unbelievable in this day and age to find someone so knowledgeable, and goes that extra mile. Having owned a marine company in Europe having some experience in this field and employing marine engineers, to find someone who has a passion for engines and customer service where nothing is to much trouble and if you need perfection this is the the go to person I have never experienced professionalism like captain Johnies.
