Had an order that was not as it should have been. The manager Keneca was very pleasant and professional. She corrected the issue without any hesitation. Her customer service skills are top tier ❤️

I've read the comments and I am not surprised. I went to pick up food for someone else, and let me to tell you, judging by the service I would never eat that food. The restaurant looks less welcoming than a homeless shelter. If I ever wanted fish, I know how to go to a wharf. I go in the restaurant and the manager and all the employees are in the back. DON’T ORDER HERE!!!!! Extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism in this captain jays. The front cashier was a older woman with no manners I already preordered my food for my lunch break 20 mins before coming in the order was bagged and ready my fiance was ignored so I went inside instead to get the food. She acted as if she couldn’t hear me clearly state the name and that it was an online order she walked away after saying what is that like she didn’t understand English.
