First let me say that many of the doctors and medical personnel range from fine to even great. For example there is an eye doctor there I think is the best I've ever visited bar none. My own Primary physicians have be AOK. Many lab techs and nurses are professionals. I would love to give them 4 to 5 stars...BUT! The challenges arise instead around the systems and processes they have established to support them. For example, their communications system is chaotic.
