dining room still closed, had to take out. Asked for butter & sour cream for the baked potato, of course they didn't do it!! Never going back!!!
RecommendedMy partner and I are on the ambulance. Several restaurants in the area wont allow us in to order and our trucks won’t fit through the drive thru so they refuse to serve us. Captain Ds not only allowed us to come in, but the took care of our meal! Thank you so much! Med 8
Weston told me multiple times he was the manager. A lie. Once he realized I had a problem he handed me to Katherine who is the real manager. So no explanation on why Weston lies to me about be the manager. So rude and unprofessional. Soggy fish and shafted us on the crab cakes. Can’t wait for Leslie to answer some questions.
Horrible. Got shorted on food. What we got was cold. Clerk on cell phone constantly. Tables dirty. Food cold. Awful service and food
been sitting at drive thru for 45 minutes
Hire clean people. I personally cleaned a countertop. It was nasty. Tell them to clean under the soda machine. One employee was whining that it was time for her to go, while another employee was outside with friends. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
