Poor service.!!! I just love biting into my fish and it’s still cold on the inside and not cooked all the way.!!!!!!😡😡😡 took forever to get our orders in and then they didn’t even get it right.!!!!!

Don’t go here worst ever. Bad food, poor service, garbage over flowing, no toilet paper in bathrooms.
Website shows seafood feast as 25.99 plus tax and mac and cheese as a normal side but the rude girl tried to charge us $40!! Plus out of okra. It is always something. The other location is no better! Waited 20 minutes for a big fish sandwich and had asked for no tartar add mayo but of course it was wrong, but it wasn't worth waiting all that time again. Used to love Captain Ds but the service is sub par compared to the food.
Service is slow. They are always out of something. Today it was malt vinegar . And 3 adults and 7 babies lying at the back by the drive-thru sign. I've been told the ducks have been there for quite some time. The store says they've called Animal Control but obviously nothing has been done. What kind of management allows animals to live at the back door endangering the lives of the 10 ducks and possibly causing an accident when patrons try to avoid hitting them with their vehicle? terrible service, awful is the only way to describe it. witnessed employee get mad at a customer because she didn't get what was ordered. my order was wrong and the cook argued that is was the correct order. a gentleman in the back was wiping his nose with his bare hand (he was cooking). saw a customer demand money back and witnessed at least 3 customers walk out without ordering after watching the debacle unfold in front of them. I would fire entire staff and start over. I will never go back.
The one on Davis Hay is much better. Here the sides were barely warm. My last trip to this location.
