The sign says new management but they may need new employees. We ordered the most basic thing possible. 2 piece fish plate and my son's fish was perfect (left), mine (right) was wayyyy over cooked. I never send food back for fear of the workers retaliation, so I just stuck it out like a champ lol. My bathroom later paid for my poor choice. Its hard to recommend this place. Maybe find another Captain D's if your craving it.
My fiancé and I go here about once a month and it never disappoints! The food is always hot and fresh.
So I understand that places are short staffed but I think that when people order they should tell them that it’s going to be a long wait and give them the option on whether they want to stay and wait. 30 minutes waiting for food at a drive through is ridiculous.
