Disappointed. Visited this Captain D's on Jim Miller and 1-30 frwy. Got my food, way over paid. Got to my destination and wouldn't you believe it, my pepper was left out. 1 cocktail sauce for 3 strips snd order of claims. Now my meal is waisted. Call the store, spoke with Silva Hernandez about my missing pepper. She spoke with the cashier who lied, then offered only a refund for the pepper. Not worth the drive back. Disappointed on this experience at this store. Food wasn't good either.

Today I went to Captain D's in Forest Hill TX and order a 30 piece fish, fries, green tomato. I received 30 pieces of chicken. Now let me tell you that the bill was almost $40.00. Been calling all afternoon and not able to get an answer. Now I leave in Alvarado a long drive up there. What should I do because they will be closing less then 2 hours and I'm at work. What a f... up mess.
As a resident of Porter, Texas for over 35 years we eaten many times at Captain D’s and the fish was always crispy, hot, and flaky when we took it home. But today I bought 2 four piece fish plates w/sides. The fish was cold, mushy, and soggy! It was as if it was cooked 3 hours prior to my visit and sat under a very low heat light. My wife and I both at one piece then threw the rest in the garbage. Obviously the quality of Captain D’s food has fallen drastically and is unacceptable.
I think Captain D's in Gulfport is the best captain D's I ever ate. I really don't eat no seafood but when I ate the one time I couldn't stop myself from wanting it all the time. The General Manager and her team is outstanding
For the past three visits in the past three weeks this store has been out of French fries, tarter sauce, Cole slaw, and ketchup. We have to think real hard about going back any time soon. I hope that if we go back they are not out of fish or business
What did you do to the tartar sauce? I had to pour la tablespoon full of oil off the surface. Theres no oil in tartar sauce.
i ordered fish and chicken meal with doordash got my food small fish barely any chicken too cold to return this happens all the time
It is disappointing when I order a 2 piece order of fish on the side and have to wait 30 minutes for them to get it to me.
