At our Cleveland, MS location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Let me start by saying we are regular customers. If i could give a zero rating I most certainly would! I placed my order at 1:18 PM and didn’t receive my food until 1:43PM. I had to remind the young man that I ordered two plates, and then had to wait even longer for the second one—all during my lunch break. I ended up spending around 25 minutes or longer waiting on two “Everyday Meal Deals,” which is unacceptable. The food was hot and fantastic! The employees were so sweet and worked hard getting food ready and keeping customers flowing well. The dining area was clean, and the condiment and drink station were stocked and in working order. I am not sure why, but for every Captain D's I have ever visited, the front floor, when you come into order, is always slick. I am afraid of falling every time we visit one. The worst customer service, I've ever encountered, gave me the wrong order,I literally left shaking because the lady that took the order from drive thru was very rude.and call me petty.because of her mistake.She is not good for Captain D team.I will give a zero review only because of her attitude.
