My dad went through the drive thru & long story short the customer service was terrible & so was the food. They tried to have him pull towards the front after paying & he was the only customer in line. He said he’d sit there since no one else was coming. The worker at the window said “if you don’t pull forward we’re not gonna serve you”… then she went to go get the manager. Went in to grab some fish. They had broke down both registers st the same time. Told us they could not take our order for 20 minutes.

I ordered a two-piece fish and fry with coleslaw as my side and a chocolate cake at the drive-thru. By the amount I was charged I knew she forgot to add in my chocolate cake but I didn't say anything at the window. When I opened my lunch, I had two pieces of fish and a coleslaw. By looking at the fish I knew it was heavily coated with fried batter. Fish shouldn't be crunchy, but I knew I wouldn't be getting the best by ordering at a drive-thru.
