At our Madison, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

The food is always cooked fresh when I get it at the drive thru. The inside of the store needs an upgrade.
Food ok but floor was so slick.
Man when I tell you I wasted 20$ I could have done anything else besides stop here on my way home from work. First off I ordered the new seafood trio platter with a coke. First red flag was she didn’t even tell me it was Pepsi they don’t have coke. Next red flag there was only about 4 old people scattered around but every single table had crumbs or residue on it.
