Good fish
Got the classic fish plate with slaw and fries — solid choice. Fish was crispy on the outside, flaky and fresh inside, no fishy taste. Slaw was cool and creamy, fries were hot and crispy. Nothing fancy, but very nostalgic — takes me back. Service was quick, food came out fast. Great value for a quick seafood fix. Will definitely be going back.
Drove 25 miles to get some Captain D's this evening and spent $32.42 on two 4 piece meals and ask for some extra tarter sauce. 25 miles back home and have a 4 piece and a 2 piece and not a single tarter sauce. I'm not driving another 50 miles for 2 pieces of fish. So I call and I don't know who answered the phone but because of her, I'll never go back. Food was perfectly prepared...friendly staff! The entrance was a bit hard to find though due to the location.
