Edit: proof your customer service is nonexistent. Left a remark about how i contacted your website in detail about how we were ripped off and got no response back...only to have you reply as if you care about the customers and you respond with "contact customer care through this website" seriously? Bad experience with receiving the wrong order, and missing items. Contacted customer service...never heard back. Would not recommend, horrible experience.
Great food and service.
Drive through fish and shrimp. No shrimp. I called and the person who answered acted like the missing shrimp is a common occurrence. Check your order before you drive away.
Usually great food but the service leaves a lot to be expected these days. The lady wearing a "Trainer" shirt had ZERO manners and barely communicated other than saying "what do you want". No welcome, no smile, no manners, nothing. If this is the trainer, I feel bad for future guests.
