I found roaches on the floor and hair in my food and the staff members were extremely rude towards me. I’m not sure what exactly i did to be treated this way but I feel so uncomfortable. I will NEVER be back in the establishment. There was also nails in the parking lot which got into my tire and now I have to go get my tire fixed. This place needs to be shut down.
My experience at Captain D’s in Abingdon, VA, was terrible. I found roaches, which was extremely concerning and made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. On top of that, the food tasted nasty and was not enjoyable at all. I was very disappointed with the experience and hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the cleanliness of the restaurant.
This place was very clean and the food was fresh and seasoned perfectly.
Everything was perfect except the fries could have been fresher. Other than that great experience.
