Went here august 10th around dinner time. Had three young guys working, and I'd love to make a shout out to keep them! They are so respectful to everyone coming in the door ' please pardon me because I don't know names but one was a black guy ' made sure my order was correct twice, brought out, and treated with the most respect and kindness I've seen any young people in cleveland treat anyone. They need a raise!
Up until recently enjoyed eating here. Had a couple rude/weird encounters with staff. Last visit they stated they were going to ID me next time for senior meals. Never had an issue and I asked when I started ordering it a while back. And she also charged me for a drink when it’s included. Seemed definitely on purpose. She did take care of it after I asked for a refund though. Don’t alienate your loyal customers.
Food prepared fresh when ordered. To go order was hot and the slaw was cold and tasty! Soft drinks were only $1.99 each for a big cup, they call it a medium-we call it a large😊! Great value here consistently. Don't miss the best take out food on the market.
