Great food fast and friendly service
The national chain is known for their made to order fresh service. I feel like post pandemic it has been challenging for establishments to onboard staff therefore creating lackluster experiences for patrons.
Bad experience the lady who took our order wasn't warm at all. Made us feel rushed. Food quality has gone down drastically served just above room temperature. Same lady was arguing with another customer. Than another. Then she walked to customers at another table trying to get them to side with her. She said she was pregnant as if the disagreement had anything to do with it. She should not be in the customer service buisness at all. Nice restaurant. Very clean with a modern decor. Many good choices at reasonable prices. I ordered in the drive-through, which was slow, but the food was delicious, hot, and freshly prepared. I was very disappointed, however, because I requested four malt vinegar packets and two cocktail sauces. I received zero vinegar packets, three cocktail sauces, and a tartar sauce that wasn’t ordered at all. I love their fish, but the malt vinegar makes all the difference in the world.
