Cashier was nice but the manager is rude
Poor leadership…did not get all my food , came back to restaurant and manager was rude, argumentative even after she check the food and see 2 items were missing. The manager on duty around5:45-6:00pm need customer service training. This is first time I ever had a bad experience at captain D. My food is always hot…thanks manager I will keep my money
The food was bad and cold
I ordered a mobile pickup order, got here at the time it was suppose to be ready and they hadn't even noticed they had an order. I had to wait for over 20minutes for my food
Old grease and 30 minutes in the drive thru. Not coming back
