The managers need to do something. Today I waited almost an hour for my food. I arrived before six other customers, and they all received their meals before me. A woman got out of her car to get a refund because she waited 40 minutes for her food. The staff were just idling and working very slowly. It's unbelievable that you have to wait an hour.
