Placed an order a week ago for butterfly shrimp and stuffed crabs last week. When I went into the store to pick up my order they tell me they were out of butterfly shrimp and gave me popcorn shrimp instead. They could have just called me to tell me they were out as I know the app provides them with my phone number to call. So I told them that I would like a full refund instead since I only get their butterfly shrimp. They had a full MELTDOWN it seemed like cussing in the back because I didn’t want the popcorn shrimp. Top notch staff! Very friendly and efficient.
Only one at the restaurant and it took forever to get my food then it was all wrong I ordered a seafood sampler and all I got was fish and chicken..this makes the second time they were supposed have made it right from the last time but this time is even worse all the employees are worried about is there phones..I dont recommend this place at all..so tell me does the photo look like a seafood sampler...they are a joke I think is a front..
