Now I do normally love this Captain D's but today I didn't have a good experience. First of all I asked for fried okra and slaw, I got French fries in place of my slaw, I love to eat my slaw particularly with my hush puppies. Also I opened the cocktail sauce that I so love and dipped my shrimp in the cocktail sauce and was like this don't taste right. Staff are friendly and food is hot...
The customer service was excellent. Especially Ms. Theresa she was very friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. She was patient, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I love it here! Not to mention the food was fresh. 🥰
