The manager, Theresa, really has it together. She was super sweet and had the front counter and drive through under control by herself with a pleasant attitude the whole time.
I truly wish I could have caught the staff's names tonight! We always have a good experience here, but when I walked in & the cook said she waited til I got there to plate/get my food together (mobile order). And it was HOT & FRESH! And it was the end of the night Everyone will have a different experience anywhere, but ours here is always a pleasure!!
Now I do normally love this Captain D's but today I didn't have a good experience. First of all I asked for fried okra and slaw, I got French fries in place of my slaw, I love to eat my slaw particularly with my hush puppies. Also I opened the cocktail sauce that I so love and dipped my shrimp in the cocktail sauce and was like this don't taste right.
