I've visited this location 5 times in the past 3 months. Every time I received the best customer service even with different faces each time. From the younger workers to the older workers. Living in north county I'm certain you will agree that customer service is almost non existent here. People keep in mind they serve hundreds of orders a day. Mistakes will happen . We need these kind of people to serve us. Let them have a chance to make it right.
The wait was long. The food was good and not cooked hard We enjoyed the colestaw.
Was told I would get a refund since they didn’t have what I ordered, I even called back a second time the same night to make sure I got it. Of course I never got the refund. A shame.
