Placed an online order. Went through the drive thru to pick it up @12pm 09/18/2026 & order a combo for my coworker. The lady (50+ yo long braids, bad attitude) at the drive thru had an attitude thru the speaker. I waited for 7 minutes for her to open the window. Got the orders. Asked her may I have some extra tartar sauce please? (like the sign on the window says to do) & she reprimands me while telling me their sauce policy. I asked could I BUY extra sauce? Hush puppies undercooked. Steamed broccoli was cold. Old oil used to fry. A small drink was $3.05. I wasted 20 bucks. Very disappointed. Employees were nice.
