2nd time order has been 25 minutes late. I order online about 45 minutes in advance. However, the staff seems unable to have my order ready. I asked the manager what I needed to do, but no one would address my issue. Very disappointed.
Food taste hot but old. Service is extremely terrible, waiting 14 minutes to order & then no noe speake to you till you order. The store is old & outdated it needed to be changed.
I don't think I've ever before waited so long for food in my life lol So, I was the only one standing in their ordering food..... The other people in there had already gotten their food and sitting down so when I walked in I was the only one standing at the counter and I ordered a normal 3-piece fish with fries and coleslaw. I got my order 23 minutes later!!!!!
