Understaffed. Waited 15 minutes behind ONE couple to order. Then we waited another 40 MINUTES until our food was finally ready. The fish and French fries were not warm so apparantly they were not recently cooked. Too many customers sitting and waiting for their food orders which we did not notice initially. Plenty of people left the restaurant after waiting to order. I will never come to this Captain D's location again! THE SERVICE AND FOOD WERE LOUSY!!
Still sitting in the drive through waiting for my food. Told the car in front of me to pull down and they are yet to get their food also. It’s been almost 30 minutes with no service. This place needs to be closed for good. I noticed that they rarely have customers at the restaurant, now I fully understand why.
Met a friend for lunch. Everyone was friendly and the food was hot and good. It took a little while to get our order, but it was worth the wait.
Employees are super friendly.
Food is always good but the staff changes a lot so you never know if it is going to be good or slow.
