My husband and I had a chance to visit Captain D's here. We have always enjoyed eating here. Tonight we didn't have the chance. As we walked in people were sitting around , most were waiting on food. There were three in line ahead of us and 3-4 in line behind us. The drive thru was around the building. Door dash orders waiting. Clearly there was not enough help for the customers there. Went through the drive thru. Waited 40 minutes for our food, staff was rude, other than how much i owed her, the girl at the window did not say ONE word to me. Handed me our drinks in silence, then closed the window, not one single word about our food. 15 minutes after we got our silent drinks she finally gave us the food. I even waited too see if she would say thank you, but that was in utter silence as well. Needless to say if we go to Captain D's again, it won't be at this location!
The Salmon was really good. It was a little bit of a wait,the lady at window asked if we wanted any sauce my boyfriend said got sauce got home and she didn't put it in there and I told them instead of the coleslaw I wanted steamed broccoli with the green beans but they gave me coleslaw with the steamed broccoli (probably misunderstood what I said) none of it was a big issue though. Over all the food was good and serve wasn't bad just young people that still learning probably.
Young lady who took my order was very nice.
