My orders are always take-out. The food is good, but it seems to take anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes from placing my order to getting to the drive- thru window. Very seldom does it take less than 15 minutes to pick up a food order. What's the problem?
Since I travel for work, I stopped in here to Captain D’s because I’ve never been there before probably the worst seafood I’ve ever had on top of that the worst service I’ve ever had. I came in with my little 4 pound Service dog holding her not on the ground and she said we can’t serve you unless it’s a Service dog I said well she’s a service dog so she takes my order before she would give me my food.
