The worst customer service ever Friday 6/26/26. Understandably very busy. So busy that that theyshorted my order to go family pk dinner . I got home missing 2 pcs fish, fries, and the coleslaw. Got home, called and went back. They gave 5 pc fish single cole slaw single order of fries. The lady on the phone gave me an ultimatum either I go back last night or no food no refund. Extremely rude and no customer service. We won't be back to my hometown in Thomaston. Shame on you!

I ordered my food on the Captain D's app at 8:30 p.m. last night my boyfriend went to pick it up at 8:39 he told him he had a mobile order for Caroline Joy to pick up the lady said hang on a minute really rude she left him standing there and still never came back the store was dead. Not busy at all no cars in parking lot. He waited another 10 minutes I called no answer when I get my food over an hour later it's very cold and it's not even the correct order I paid for two three-piece fish meals I got two two-piece fish meals ... read more
