Made my order online, when i arrived there was alot of chaos as the employees didn't seem to know what they where doing, they where very confused about peoples orders and what was going on, when it came my turn to be served i advised i had the online order, the seemed puzzled by my remark but found the slip and said they didn't know what to do with it, then they told me i had 1 piece of fish with coleslaw and hushpuppies, i showed them the receipt on my email that said 1 piece fish with fries and coleslaw, they couldn't unde... read more
Here we go another Update: I placed my order online. Once I got to the speaker, I had to sit and wait 17 minutes just to say I had an online order. I assumed (you know what that means), there were cars ahead of me that I couldn't see. Boy was I wrong. Not a single soul in line. Pulled up to the window and asked two questions. What on earth is the delay? No answer just a rapid closing of the window. When they opened the window I asked, do y'all need a new manager? Crickets. Went in only one in line at register, it was a ghost town for employees. Finally got my order taken. When my order was finally ready I was asked any sauces, I replied... tarter sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce ended up with just vinegar shame on me for not checking not to mention dine in customers complaining about the poor quality of food and the filthynes of the store, don't recommend and won't be back again!
Great hush puppies, shrimp, and jalapeno bites.
The food is decent but the restaurant looks like it's going to be condemned any minute.
