The food was horrible, I paid an upgrade on a fish and popcorn shrimp dinner for Mac n cheese and fried okra. The Mac n cheese was soup and the okra was half raw and cold. The fish was almost nonexistent in the batter and the shrimp were little hockey pucks, not to mention the rock hard hush puppies!! My wife had the same dinner, which was just as bad! Oh, it was very warm in the dining room .DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THEIS PLACE!!!!
The food was so nasty I even saw a fat nd roaches in the bathroom and under the lobby table The customer service was so bad there I was there in the morning time nd they was just so rude
I have never waited 45 minutes for fast food at a drive thru before. We will never go back there again. We were told it would take 20 minutes when we ordered. No apologies for the wait either! Terrible service and the food was awful. My husband could not even eat his meal. They seriously need better management!
