Ordered on the app, pulled into the drive thru at my scheduled time and was told it’s not ready so my best bet was to come inside. So I brought all my kids inside and was rudely told, my food was just started so it’ll be 10-15 minutes. What is the point in ordering ahead, or having a drive thru… there was no one inside or in line by the way. This will absolutely be my last time coming here. If it wouldn’t have been a hassle canceling and getting my money back, I would have.
