I've been coming here for 9 years now, and the food Today was spectacular. Everything was hot and fresh and cooked just right. It was delicious, I'm not sure what changed but today, was outstanding. Hope you keep up the good work.

This is sad was in line for 35 min why the cashier laughing walking around
I just spent 20.00 on a chicken and fish combo with a 6 piece fried oyster. Only 5 were in the container. I asked for spicy fish, I got regular. Chicken pieces were the side of a nugget. I also asked for butter and sour cream for my baked potato and she lied and said she put it in there. It was the girl with the long pink braids. I’m going to call and speak with management tomorrow because this was ridiculous. This is the only one in the area and the customer service is horrible.
I only came today to my local Captain D's for the grilled options and to dine-in with my mother. I understand Captain D's is a fast food restaurant, but today was more than a dining experience! Rochelle and her coworkers after the 5:00 hour (4/01/2025) were excellent!!! Rochelle came by my table (and other guests' tables) and asked us how we were doing and if our food was satisfactory.
