At our Decatur, AL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Order came wrong sides and gross management said no employees. Try paying a competitive rate and hire adults or just close. 3rd bad visit in a row. They need to get the business in order
The food was fresh and delicious. The lady at the window was very kind also. Can't wait to go back.
If YOU READ THIS, SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND GO TO HARTSELLE. THE FOOD IS SOOOOOO FRESH AND THE SERVICE IS Impeccable. I was scared we were gonna lose Captain D's until I found it's just ours that's bad. I don't know what the difference is but it's like night and day. Oh and everything is so clean also. I will gladly drive there to get my monies worth......
