Good food and service, didn't dine inside.
Took 20 minutes for family pack. Food was soggy and cold. Ordered using mobile app. Promised delivery was 20 minutes past promised delivery time. Had to go inside because they forgot my clam strips. Was a long line inside from numerous forgotten orders.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR NIGHT SHIFT! Waited over 10 mins at speaker no one inside or in drive thru line called and asked they said pull to window as I do a young lady is on her phone just standing there , she mouthed someone else is coming that person comes minutes later doesn’t know how to take my order says hold on no one is helping her I wait another 5 mins before I say is there a problem at this point I just left ! Day shift is GREAT!
34 minutes after paying for our food, we finally received it. The fish and crab cakes were overly fried, heavy with grease throughout. The staff were actually nice and respectful, but the amount of time it took to get the food out was unacceptable for a fast food place. The dead roach under an adjacent table wasn't the ambiance we were looking for, but at least it was dead. My last visit to probably any Captain D's.
Always closed earlier than posted hours. Sitting here in drive thru before 10 and getting ignored. It is what it is though. Captain D's is a dying brand, that's why they have to use ghost kitchens on Doordash as Catfish Kitchen. What a joke.
