Waited 20min after ordering a $5.99 meal lady had me wait at the window for about 10min then wait in the parking lot for about 10min talking about the food about to be ready. Had to get out and get a refund. Why would I wanna wait that long for a fast food meal. Then they were giving other people there food that ordered after me. This happen around 4:10 pm until about 4:30
