Food was very fresh and the team working was nice. The location was clean but had some damage to tables that was obvious.
There was one woman taking orders, running orders out, washing tables, taking out trash. Sweet, friendly, on top of everything!! She was amazing, the food, was great, and it was a surreal experience in a restaurant in 2024. You just don't see this kind of work ethic anymore!
Ordered online. Company wouldn't refund the premium side I had paid for when they substituted fries. The premium side was the only reason I ordered here. I understand substitutions have to happen, but charging me extra is just theft. Fish was mid. Fries were bad and unsalted. Broccoli was bad. Times listed on the doors are not the open/close times.
The most dysfunctional establishment I have ever visited. Took 25 minutes to get our food while listening to the employees yell about the drive through being busy and how the truck had arrived and nothing was prepped . Wow…just wow. Have someone there to handle the truck delivery and don’t wait until every side item is out of stock to restock!. Management has failed this restaurant.
