I placed a online order at 550. It was supposed to be ready by 603. I was prepared to wait at least 15 mins. No problem. But no. I waited almost an hour for 3 plates of food. A bit greasy - ring the food out rolled inside a napkin to make it edible. They need to fry everything at a higher temperature to get it crispy but not oily. The cashier had no idea what was in the various combo plates - shouldn't knowing the menu be a prerequisite to working on the register?
