At our Franklin, KY location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

This menu selections & combinations are very good. I visit Captain Dee's every now & then because of the seafood selections. You can also drive through.
Good service but when I tried to get lemon slices from the seating area a ton of gnats flew out of the lemon holder. I tried to discretely let the team members know. All they did was add more lemon slices to the top, not taking the lower part to be cleaned or adding more ice. Very Gross! Food was good though just ask for lemon from the counter!
Got a couple of our orders wrong
Great location. Restaurant was clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was fresh and hot when it was brought to our table. Best Captain D's we've had for several visits. Recommend this location
