This has to be the worst captain d’s. My wife order a loaded baked potato for her side and it was so hard she couldn’t cut it or eat it. Her hush puppies has also hard and cold like they had been setting there all day. I ordered some jalapeño poppers they were nasty because it looked like they had been setting there all day as well. My fries was ice cold so we both had to throw our meals away and find something else to eat. This is not the first time we have had bad service at this location. The food was terrible. And staff was super rude.
I went to boaz location with my mother on valentines day. As we were leaving the guy sweeping the parking lot was bent down by my jeep. I didn't even see him. I walked my mom to the passenger side touched door handle to unlock. This guy stands up and doesn't see me but says no one wants to steal anything out of the POS I said excuse me he said oh I thought you were inside. I said no I was letting my mom in he said oh well I thought you were inside. He was rude and had no reason to think I was thinking he was trying to steal ... read more
