My friend and I had the best customer service and food at the Captain D's in Quincy. I want to say Thank You to Deeana (Deeann), Tyrek, and Duan for a great experience. The good was fresh and hot and seasoned well. Oh, and plentiful.
The person taking orders was covering the inside and outside customers all alone, on a busy day. She was pleasant, didn't show the frustration she must have felt but it slowed the service way down. Inside was clean but not the same as pre-covid, with no self serve condiment station, next to the soft drink machine. Was stripped down of everything inluding napkins. Didn't feel the same as in past. Different day was served in drive-thru and staff pleasant and helpful, but amazingly enough they were out of tartar sauce! Fortunat... read more
