At our Snellville, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

I paid extra for Fried Okra and was given french fries. They won't give me a credit. They didn't even apologize. Courier left bag on front porch and never even rang the doorbell. Terrible.
The food we ordered (3 $5.99 meals) wasn’t fresh. It was half cooked even. I’ve grown up on Captain D’s and was highly disappointed. It was very disappointing and I plan to contact corporate for a full refund and demand the closure of this location.
We sat in the drive thru for 30 mins.....apparently the staff here doesn't understand the concept behind fast food. The food itself was delicious, but not worth the 30 minute wait....
Every time I go up here people have attitudes one thing I cant stand it's when an establishment doesn't give their employees customer service training. This has been an ongoing problem for years. I don't know who's in charge of hiring, but they hire brats.
Great customer service but they forgot some of my food. And now they won't answer the phone. I've called multiple times and I been hung up on or got the "we are not available now" recording.
