I booked a whale watching tour for 2, paid $75 per person plus $2 processing fee, but the tour was canceled because of bad weather. They didn't want to give us a refund. Instead, they said that we can reuse the tickets anytime in the future for another whale watching trip. The following week they said the whales were gone for the summer and the following year they didn't accept the old tickets anymore, nor they gave me a refund...
