This was a wonderful tour and so is Captain Dave We took a 2pm tour with Captain Dave and it was fantastic. When you get into the rivers, it feels as if you have gone back in time. It is a jungle with alligators, egrets, great blue herons and small green herons and turtles. Cedar trees line the riverbanks and spanish moss hangs in the air. Dora Canal Tour We have enjoyed this laid back tour of the Dora Canal with friends and with our grandchildren. It is like cruising through a time warp as the boat wends through stately old trees, laced with hanging spaqnish moss. Usually there are gators resting along the banks, birds such as herons, osprey and even eagles nest to be viewed as well as beavers and other denizens of of this Florida haven.
