We have been renting from Captain Dan's for 4 1/2 years and their service has been great. When our son's home was flooding this spring we called Captain Dan's but they did not have any units available. The owner emptied one of his personal units so our son could move his furniture before they got damaged by the water. Many Thanks!

10 out of 10 would not recommend the owner is crooked. My family had a storage unit here and made all of our payments on schedule and we're continuing to make payments that he was accepting not knowing that our unit had been as he claimed cleaned out as if we moved our stuff but we had not to which then we called him about it because the payment did not go through and he said that the stuff must have been stolen and he can't look back that far on the security cameras so we filled a police report to find out that he listed ou... read more

My family's shed was broken in to and a lot of items were stolen. The response from the owner was very poor (and delayed). I would recommend going somewhere that takes security seriously.
