This company, linked to “Sams Maintenance Pest Control,” operates a scam phone center and is part of an Indian scam network. They lure customers with low quotes, demand outrageous fees on arrival, and deliver no real service - the cleaner is ridiculous. Curtains are left worse, and refunds are refused multiple times - just a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs! Also, please report them to ACCC, Consumer Affairs, or the police if you're victim!
Fraudulent operators, took full payment, gave no receipt and took my curtains for offsite cleaning and didn't return them. Lied in response to my frequent calls asking when the curtains would be returned. Became rude/hanging up once I challenged them that the curtains had been stolen.
Please avoid Captain Curtain and their real name "Sams Maintenance Pest Control" at all costs - they're a nationwide systematic scam of many cleaning, maintenance service in all states of Australia! Quoted $80 for curtain cleaning, but on arrival, demanded $660 plus parking fees, guarantee to clean at least 80-90% mold on the curtain then demand pay in advance and secretly wrote "no guarantee, no refund, no recleaning" to the contract. Quoted a price for curtain cleaning $120-$140, Came to property to check out curtains and the price wasn’t what was quoted, advised I’ll go somewhere else instead and demanded a cancellation fee of $100, will not be using them again.
