DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! POOR QUALITY WORK. MADE BIG MESS. ATTEMPTED TO RE QUOTE JOB AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERY PARENTS. Check out reviews against FIST CHOICE CARPER CLEANING. This company masquerades as captain curtains cleaning bits it’s not.
This company, linked to “Sams Maintenance Pest Control,” operates a scam phone center and is part of an Indian scam network. They lure customers with low quotes, demand outrageous fees on arrival, and deliver no real service - the cleaner is ridiculous. Curtains are left worse, and refunds are refused multiple times - just a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs! Also, please report them to ACCC, Consumer Affairs, or the police if you're victim!
Fraudulent operators, took full payment, gave no receipt and took my curtains for offsite cleaning and didn't return them. Lied in response to my frequent calls asking when the curtains would be returned. Became rude/hanging up once I challenged them that the curtains had been stolen.
