Visiting from Richmond, VA—I decided to drop in for a workout on my way through Prescott. Michelle coached today’s CrossFit class. She was awesome! Really nice gym, great coaching, great equipment, and super nice people in the class. Keep up the great work you guys! Hope to be back again soon.
I have been a member here for 10 years and I LOVE IT! The community, the coaches, the facility is clean and organized, and the fitness programming is always changing, fun, and effective. I am 44 years old and I am the fittest I have ever been. Thank you Captain!
