Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the checkout process during my recent carryout order. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was immediately handed a payment device with a signature screen and a suggested 20% tip. There was no itemized receipt provided, so I had no opportunity to review my bill before being asked to pay and decide on a gratuity. Deborah made this meal absolutely terrific! She was efficient, yet super friendly. I hope we get her as our server next time.The food (lobster and mussels) was tastier than one would expect for a restaurant so far from Maine. The mussels were exceptionally fresh! We tried Captain Brian’s based on the inexpensive lobster. We were very happy with our experience. Well worth the long drive.
