Extremely rude! Very shady characters here! We ran out of gas just a few minutes away and Captain Bob couldn’t find us therefore we were late. We paid our late fee but then they also kept our $200 deposit as well. They said they kept the deposit because we were late the deposit had nothing to do with whether we were late or not it had to do with the condition of the boat which was fine so we ended up paying twice for us being late
