We had Zebra blinds installed by Captain Blinds Toronto, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very helpful in choosing the right style for our space. The installation was clean and well done, and the blinds look amazing. I purchased zebra roller shades for four windows after speaking with Isaac. He made me feel comfortable moving forward, and I received exactly what i was promised. I had a few other companies come out for quotes, but Isaac price-matched, so I decided to go with Captain Blinds. I’m very happy with the service overall. We did have a small issue where one set of blinds was getting caught on the window knob, but they promptly replaced and fixed it. Great customer service and a positive experience from start to finish.
Isac at the beginning, this person was very friendly and spoke nicely. Everything sounded good until he received the full payment. After that, the experience went downhill. He installed 11 appliances but set them all to work with only one remote control. When I asked him about it, he said that he only agreed to provide one remote. To avoid problems, I accepted this and went out to buy an extra remote myself.
