I purchased zebra roller shades for four windows after speaking with Isaac. He made me feel comfortable moving forward, and I received exactly what i was promised. I had a few other companies come out for quotes, but Isaac price-matched, so I decided to go with Captain Blinds. I’m very happy with the service overall. We did have a small issue where one set of blinds was getting caught on the window knob, but they promptly replaced and fixed it. Great customer service and a positive experience from start to finish.
