Excellent service! Highly recommend. The price quote was reasonable, and Adam was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the products. He recommended zebra blinds for our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Installation was quick and seamless—huge thanks to Isaac for his professional and above-and-beyond service. Isaac from Captain Blinds was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly very trustworthy. I ordered blinds but changed my mind throughout the process on the type which required that I provide measurements over the phone to Isaac. Somehow when the blinds arrived the measurements were off slightly and while they worked they did not meet my expectations. I was in contact with one of there team members and had not one but 2 in home appointments and on both occasions they didn’t show up nor have any courtesy to call me informing me of any issues or cancellation, I stayed home waiting on both scheduled date and times . Very poor customer service I will never recommend them to anyone
I got quote s from many companies, but this company has better products and delivered at the time . Really happy with them
