Isaac from Captain Blinds was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly very trustworthy. I ordered blinds but changed my mind throughout the process on the type which required that I provide measurements over the phone to Isaac. Somehow when the blinds arrived the measurements were off slightly and while they worked they did not meet my expectations. I was in contact with one of there team members and had not one but 2 in home appointments and on both occasions they didn’t show up nor have any courtesy to call me informing me of any issues or cancellation, I stayed home waiting on both scheduled date and times . Very poor customer service I will never recommend them to anyone
I got quote s from many companies, but this company has better products and delivered at the time . Really happy with them

He worked within my limited budget to help me choose the suitable colour and durable blinds for my home. He was fast in installing them.
