I waitress was very nasty.
The place was not clean, and the cooks were not wearing hair nets.
Crabs were well seasoned and heavy.
Capt. Billy’s is the real deal — historic, family-owned, right on the water in Popes Creek with those big Potomac River views you can’t fake. We went Friday night, there was no wait, and it was not that busy. We did it right: Sissy’s spicy crab cakes, crab legs and shrimp, and a cold pitcher of Calvert IPA.
