Our private SUP tour with Captain Yak exceeded our expectations in every way. Greg, aka Captain Yak, was already at the meetup spot with the paddleboards set up and in the water. I had some prior experience, but my boyfriend did not. Greg quickly gave him a tutorial on getting on the board, paddling, and standing, and within half an hour, my boyfriend was paddling like a pro! The tour and experience were great. The guide was friendly and helpful during the course of the 3 hour tour around the keys. If you're looking for a good time, Capt. Yak won't let you down.

We did the early bird special, tandem kayak. I thought I was booking a guided tour but that was my mistake. He offered to let us wait until it started but we decided to go out on our own. He went over the map, pointed out mangrove tunnels and other places of interest. The kayak was comfortable. We ultimately made our way to Shell Key and it was beautiful. There was no one else there.
