We had an amazing time on this 3-hour kayak tour! One of the coolest parts was paddling through the mangroves – such a unique experience. We were thrilled to spot dolphins along the way! Our guide, Captain Yak, was super knowledgeable and kept us laughing with his great sense of humor. It was the perfect outing for our group of 7 gals. I recommend Captain Yak’s Kayak tours. A great outdoor activity on a Kayak friendly body of water that is entertaining and educational. Captain Yak is engaging, shares knowledge of wildlife, flour-a and fauna and moves at a pace that is good for all levels of experience. This my family’s second tour w/Captain Yak - We will be back next year as well.

During my stay in Florida this winter, I have gone kayaking with friends and family four times. After going with another tour operator once, I went with Captn Yak the next three times. He is a fountain of information about the creatures in the bay, the mangroves, why fish jump, and so much more. He’s friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly loves what he does.

Really enjoyed the Kayak tour with Capt. Yak. I thought I wanted to just rent a kayak and go it alone but I am glad that I went with the guided tour. He is a Biologist by trade and really did a great job showing and explaining the different aspects of the mangrove environment. Thanks Capt!
