Had everything i needed for my daughters party. Prices were great.
went in there on a Saturday morning when i knew they weren’t as busy. had a balloon order made and walked outside and all the balloons popped. i went back inside and told a girl what happened, i don’t remember her name but it started with a K, and she refused to blow some more balloons up for me. when asked for a manager, a woman with a C name, walked up and i explained the situation and she said that they couldn’t blow more balloons up for me or give me a refund. my kid had no balloons for her party and i had no time to go ... read more
