This was my first time trying this spot. I ordered the small/medium female steamed crabs, and unfortunately, I wasn’t very impressed with the crabs themselves. They were very light and watery, with not much meat inside, so the quality just wasn’t what I was hoping for. That being said, the customer service was excellent! Everyone was friendly and pleasant, and I definitely appreciated that. Since this was my first experience here, I’m willing to give them another try in the future. I ordered corn and female crabs s/med mix the smalls were hollowed out Cheap but bugs in corn received $8 refund after returning un eaten food
My first time purchasing crabs from capt Jims I ordered from over the phone and the customer service was excellent the young lady was very patient a polite i ordered dozen of picking and one corn . The Crabs were the best juicy meaty and seasoned was hitting on every point . The crab meat was sweet the crabs nice size males. Oh Corn was sweet and tender as well.
