My first time purchasing crabs from capt Jims I ordered from over the phone and the customer service was excellent the young lady was very patient a polite i ordered dozen of picking and one corn . The Crabs were the best juicy meaty and seasoned was hitting on every point . The crab meat was sweet the crabs nice size males. Oh Corn was sweet and tender as well.

Never again! Crabs didn’t have any meat in them very watery and can just simple crush the entire crab with ease. It wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to get a refund. I just took it for what it was and said I will never buy crabs from them again. Definitely a waste of time and money.
First, I want to clarify that I’m looking at the other reviews and the most recent isn’t even from this location! And this is a family owned business so shame on you for not paying attention! Ignorance is no excuse. I placed a phone order on Saturday afternoon not knowing what the specials were, but a friend (Meg) referred me and it’s close to the boat/pool I was heading.
